What Happens Next?
If you have selected email as your method of contact and have requested a quote for a specific cruise you will receive an email from a member of our fabulous team at TravelCounsellors.com
The email will contain a link to your quotation on the MyTC booking portal. This is what TC use to show you your quotes and in future quotes will go to the same place.
This makes it really easy to add more quotes and keep track of your future cruises!
You can also pay on the app and it stores all of your documents in one place so you never have to search through your emails again. Woohoo!
If you didn’t have a specific cruise in mind we will email you with some ideas and inspiration.
Keep an eye out for emails from the TravelCounsellors domain. Please check your spam folder and ‘all mail’ inboxes as our emails sometimes go into there.
If you have selected phone as your method of contact a member of our team will give you a call to discuss your options further.
Even if you selected the email option, we’re always here for you by phone too!
When Can I Expect The Quote?
For most quote requests we are able to provide the quote within 24/48 hours but this may be up to 72 hours depending on other circumstances (such as if we are at sea with poor WiFi). We all love to cruise, which is why we have the job we do.
If you haven’t received your quote within 72 hours please double check your spam inbox and search your ‘all mail’ inbox for ‘Travel Counsellors’.
If you still can’t find the email there email firstname.lastname@example.org with the name that you used on the quote form and we will resend it to you.
