Big news from Celebrity Cruises: river cruises are coming in 2027! Celebrity River Cruises will debut with a fleet of 10 new ships designed to bring the style, service, and innovation Celebrity is known for to some of the world’s most famous rivers.
The first itineraries will focus on Europe, taking travellers into the heart of historic cities with unique shore excursions, locally inspired food, and breathtaking views.
Think of it as everything you love about Celebrity Ocean Cruises – just on a river.
“We’re so excited to get into river cruising,” said Jason Liberty, CEO of Royal Caribbean Group. “A lot of our guests already love or want to try river cruises, and we know we can bring something new to the table. Celebrity River Cruises will offer the same top-tier service, design, and experiences that make Celebrity unique, now on rivers.”
